Robert Half is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney with 2-4+ years of experience for a reputable mid-size law firm in Chicago, IL. The Insurance Coverage Attorney should have at least 2+ years of experience handling insurance coverage. This client will pay a competitive base salary plus benefits. The primary responsibilities for this Insurance Coverage Attorney include but are not limited to:

• Evaluating coverage claims

• Reviewing documents associated with claims

• Preparing coverage position letters

• Conducting and defending depositions

• Preparing and presenting motions

• Participating in court hearings, mediations and other proceedings

  Requirements

• Possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

• Above-average academic credentials and references

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the firm

• Licensed attorney with 2+ years of experience

• Insurance Coverage experience
