Description Robert Half is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join a reputable law firm in downtown Chicago, IL. Candidates must have at least 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department Communicate with clients and the counsel for the other side Analyze and summarize legal documents Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents Manage cases with minimal supervision Requirements High attention to detail Licensed attorney with 3+ years of experience Comprehensive knowledge of Complex Commercial Litigation Strong communication skills Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills Demeanor to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines Stellar academic credentials and references
