Primary Purpose

Assist with recruitment process and strategy that maximizes the best practices to attract and hire top talent.

Primary Duties

  • Assist with full cycle recruitment process including conducting intake meetings, updating job descriptions, and posting positions to internal and external job boards

  • Initiate and manage background check process for incoming new hires

  • Serve a key role in candidate onboarding processes including maintaining communication, facilitating background checks and start date coordination

  • Assist with screening candidates to assess qualifications

  • Maintain data accuracy in ATS system

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews that require quick turnaround

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Job Scope

This is a high-visibility position that requires the ability to lead and influence others without formal authority Works under direct supervision

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field and 0-2 years relevant experience. In lieu of degree, equivalent experience in business or related field

  • Demonstrated understanding of recruiting, legal requirements for compliance in employment practices and applicant tracking

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal.

  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data to insight and intelligence and present the state of the business from a staffing perspective to customers.

  • Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Flexibility to travel and the ability to attend evening or weekend recruiting events.

  • Must be able to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to accommodate different personalities and work styles, team player.

  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability and confidence to manage very senior interactions and expectations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct recruiter experience is preferred.

  • Demonstrated business acumen.

  • Annual salary will vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors:USD $59,200.00/Yr. - USD $88,800.00/Yr.
