Job Description
As a trusted leader, the Project Director enables client business outcomes by delivering project scope within budget and time, while driving a superior client experience. This individual is responsible for leading joint Oracle and client teams through the successful implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions as part of cloud application implementations, providing structure, discipline, guidance, and direction.

Responsibilities
Holds project team accountable for leveraging the solution-led deployment approach as the standard for project delivery.
Serves as the key liaison between sponsors and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to drive beneficial change through the project life cycle.
Drives revenue stream for industry through adoption of Delivery Lead role on industry-based sales pursuits.
Leads discussions surrounding escalation of contractual and scope-related items, driving that any issues or concerns raised are addressed promptly and appropriately, including working closely with Oracle and client stakeholders to gain approvals for necessary changes.
Reviews and delivers metrics and reports for Sponsor/Steering Committee meetings, provides comprehensive project quality reviews to key stakeholders.
Establishes policies for overall account engagement, setting a clear vision, common goals, and critical success factors for the project.
Guides the development of the governance model and deliverable acceptance process, defining the project-level leadership and key stakeholders, providing overall direction and major project milestones, and enabling the accurate allocation of resources to meet project deliverables.
Advises both onshore and offshore Project Managers, actively removing obstacles and addressing escalations to enable smooth project or program execution.
Solicits recommendations from Executive Sponsors to respond to challenges across the spectrum of team morale, CSAT, project outcomes, and project financials.
Coordinates Oracle Project Advisory Group comprising members from Software Sales, Product Development/Center of Excellence, Consulting Community of Practice, Client Success Program, Product Support, Client Partner, Delivery Portfolio Leader, and other senior leaders that could influence or affect the project’s delivery.
Qualifications
Experience with implementing Oracle SaaS solutions within large, complex hospital systems
Bachelor’s degree
10+ years of client-facing Project Director/Management experience in the Technology Consulting industry
Demonstrated ability to lead large, enterprise projects
Industry certification (PMP or equivalent)
Proficiency with the leading project management tools in the industry
Solid experience in managing full life cycle SaaS implementations
Self-starter, confident, driven with strong organizational skills

US: Hiring Range: from $109,100 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
