Location

This position is 100% remote; t his position does not require travel other than for special occasions like conferences or events. Must be able to work 9am-5pm EST Shift Schedule This position is a 2nd shift schedule of 11:00am-7:00pm EST. Monday Through Friday.

Overview

Mobile Health is recruiting a full-time Operations Coordinator, a role that will be critical to Mobile Health’s growth from a local occupational healht provider to a national provider. The Operations Coordinator will primarily be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations related to Mobile Health’s growing network of provider facilities (mostly urgent care centers) across the country. As the main contact with Mobile Health’s network office providers, the Operations Coordinator will serve as the primary relationship owner and must work diplomatically with our partners to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality care and customer service. The Operations Coordinator will work as part of a tightly knit cross-functional Network Office Team to grow Mobile Health’s national footprint. The Network Office team has autonomy and flexible structure to work together to reach its goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:

Proactively curating exams to ensure partnered facilities have individual patient protocols and are aware of how to process their exams.

Cultivating day-to-day relationships between Mobile Health and our network of provider facilities across the country.

Managing the full life cycle of exams across our network of facilities.

Troubleshooting issues as they arise to ensure patients receive the highest level of care.

Answering inbound calls for site-specific concerns or questions, for check-in purposes, etc.

Tracking issues and work with the Network Office team to develop proactive measures to implement going forward and reduce further issues from occurring.

Making outbound calls to request protocols be faxed back.

When necessary, communicating with patients to ensure that they have received all services and had a good experience

Answering inquiries on #nolexamupdates thread in Teams.

Back-up for Operations Team as necessary.

Experience & Education

  • High energy level

  • Team player

  • Highly organized

  • Ability to communicate with a variety of levels, both internally and externally

  • Extremely proficient with computers, including Excel.

  • Fast learner – especially with computer/EMR systems

  • Desire and ability to think creatively and strategically

  • Loves to work in w fast fast-paced environment

  • Experience in health care a plus

  • BA/BS degree preferred
