What You Will Do :
Advise DOD clients on human capital, organizational transformation, and manpower strategies
Conduct analysis on personnel data; topics may include end strength planning, distribution cycle analysis (pre and post cycle), multi-year planning,
Provide support to client organization for semi-annual personnel distribution cycles
Conduct ad hoc studies and analysis that help clients understand their talent management pool and make decisions accordingly, using data driven decision making
Deliver briefings to senior-level clients on results of studies and analysis
Support business development efforts
What You Will Need :
3-10 years of relevant work experience
Significant understanding of all phases of the DOD Human Capital Lifecycle (recruitment to retirement)
Experience with DOD human capital systems
What Would Be Nice To Have :
Experience as former Adjutant General (AG) or Personnel officer, in either Active or Reserve Components, or equivalent experience in a civilian role
Experience with the Army IPPS-A, FMSWeb, and PAMWeb platforms
Experience with data analytics and dashboarding (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
Preferably experience as a Junior or Mid-Grade Military Officer, in consulting or client facing roles
Active Secret Clearance
The annual salary range for this position is $86,100.00-$172,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
