We are seeking a Temporary Clerk for the week of July 22nd through July 26th. This position is dedicated to handling and processing incoming and outgoing mail.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Process outgoing mail, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating with shipping services.

  • Ensure all mail is handled confidentially and complies with organizational policies.

  • Operate mail processing equipment, such as postage meters and mail folding machines.

  • Assist in maintaining inventory of mailroom supplies and order as needed.

  • Collaborate with team members to address any mail-related issues or discrepancies.

  • Maintain a clean and organized mail processing area.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in mail processing or a related field is a plus.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling mail.

  • Ability to operate mail processing equipment.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

  • Hourly wage: $18 per hour.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
