Providence St. Joseph Health Radiology Technologist in Chewelah, Washington

Description Radiology Technologist, Mount Carmel Hospital-Colville, WA & St Josephs Hospital-Chewelah, WA Provides quality care to patients. Performs Radiology/CT exams proficiently to provide Inland Imaging Radiologist with accurate information to reach an interpretation. Participates in scheduled 24 hour on call availability, assuring evening and weekend coverage. Participates in the growth and development of the DI department and contributes ideas. Brings areas of improvement to the attention of Management. The Registered Radiological Technologist is responsible for radiological procedures, assisting radiologist, and radiographic equipment operation s as outlined in the job's position description. Typical responsibility includes: setting up and conducting radiological procedures and performing quality control and reporting tasks. Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training The equivalent of two years community college/vocational training in an accredited radiological technologist training program. Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist. Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. 1 year Experience or equivalent. Why Join Providence?
