JOB DESCRIPTION

PROGRAM SUPERVISOR

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Under the general guidance and direction of the CEO, provides overall supervision of the operational and administrative functions of the company's care provision activities.

DETAILED DUTIES

Plans and supervises  home care services to contracted  clients;

Performs Case management functions including preparation of Care Plans and subsequent procedural actions;

Performs Initial home Visits, and scheduled  In-home visits in accordance with strict timelines;

Undertakes quality staffing and caregiver supervision;

Ensures compliance with all the regulatory requirements;

Communicates regularly with Case Managers, clients and caregivers as situation demands;

Ensures timely response to and satisfactory resolution of Client and caregiver issues;

Maintain staffing operations and ensures clients are staffed efficiently and within the required timeframe;

Monitors employee's attendance and overtime accumulation;
