NAMS is currently looking to hire Full-Time Logistics Coordinators for its para-transit transportation program. This position is responsible for developing and completing daily driver schedules. We offer a very competitive wage based on experience and related knowledge of the business model (para-transit transportation for seniors and disabled citizens.)

Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Develops, schedules, and completes manifests for all scheduled drivers.
• Working with Call Center Supervisor and staff regarding group trips, maximizing trip bookings and standing order management.
• Working directly with trainers to ensure training manifests are complete.
• Ensuring all consumers and their attendants are registered for the service.
• Perform other tasks such as dispatching, as needed/as requested by Transportation Department Management Staff.

Benefits:

• $20.00+ per hour
• Multiple shifts offered for weekdays and weekends; some weekend/evening requirements for some positions. Example- Sun -- Thu 11 AM -- 7 PM or 12 pm -- 8 pm ; weekday and weekend positions available for consideration.

Requirements:

• Scheduler, and transportation related experience preferred.
• Computer skills are a must!
• Applicants must have extensive knowledge of the roadways and landmarks in Northern Allegheny county, including the North Hills, City of Pittsburgh, Wexford, Tarentum, etc.
