Description

We are seeking a qualified and highly skilled Application Support Analyst with experience in robotic process automation to join the team. In this role, you will support and maintain vital accounting and core operation applications with a particular emphasis on UiPath automation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage automation of control processes using UiPath.

• Support and maintain accounting and core operational applications aligned to business needs.

• Regularly interact with functional staff, gathering requirements to identify, analyse, and translate business requirements into technical details.

• Identify and diagnose complex performance, security, and technical issues; implement solutions when needed.

• Participate in the creation and enhancement of policies and procedures for maintaining optimal application performance.

• Leverage your understanding of RPA capabilities to offer superior application management and support.

• Train and assist staff in UiPath and other application features as needed.

• Proactively communicate with users on system downtime, issues, and planned upgrades.

• Provide support following project handover to ensure user adoption, providing user support, changing management updates, user guide and training.

• Experience with ServiceNow and SQL is a plus.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

• Experience supporting financial software applications (Argus, Yardi, etc)

• Prior experience with RPA tools, specifically UiPath,

• Experience with ServiceNow and SQL is preferred.

• A solid understanding of business processes and business application functionality.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proven ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Exhibit an understanding of basic project management and system life-cycle principles.

Schedule and Travel: This role involves a hybrid work schedule with three days on-site work per week in Chestnut Hill.
