Aston Carter Staff Accountant in Chesterland, Ohio

Job Title: Staff AccountantJob Description

  1. Daily data input of AR/AP as received. 2. Reconcile all AMS accounts including but not limited to Receivables, Payables, and Bank Accounts. 3. Liaison with outside accounting and financial firms, i.e., banks and other financial institutions as delegated. 4. Review all AMS financial documents, contracts for risk, scope, and value including, but not limited to, facilities contracts, vendor contracts, and customer contracts when necessary. 5. Set up credit terms with vendors. 6. Manage Accounts Receivable collections. 7. Manage, oversee, and physically partake to maintain accurate inventory. 8. Analyze reporting for business operations and budgets. 9. Perform monthly audits on all accounts for accuracy.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Chesterland, Ohio.

Work Environment

Will work onsite Mon-Fri with some flexibility. Family owned and run, so they want someone that fits into their 'everyone wears multiple hats' culture.
