Goddard School Full-Time Preschool Assistant in Chesterfield, Virginia
Our Award-Winning Goddard School located at 10211 Krause Road in Chesterfield is looking to add a full-time Preschool Assistant Teacher (hours 8:45 - 5:45) with at least 6 months of experience in a licensed facility to join our team. * We are looking for that special someone to be hands-on and loving in our Preschool classroom. We pride ourselves on providing the best childcare experience for all children and families in our school. Responsibilities * Helps and supervises children during all activities * Assists the lead teacher in preparing materials for the classroom activities * Ensures that the appearance, cleanliness, and safe environment of the classroom are appropriately maintained * Helps children with meal times, and clean-up * Helps with documentation of children * Helps with keeping accurate attendance numbers at all times, including signing children in/out in the attendance binder and on the tablet * Performs other duties as assigned * HAVE WORKED IN A LICENSED FACILITY FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OR MORE Benefits * Insurance Available * Paid Time Off After 90 Days of Employment * Paid Holidays After 90 Days of Employment Educational Qualifications All candidates who wish to be considered for the position of Assistant Teacher, must have at least a high-school dipolma, GED, or a degree in Education and at least 6 months of experience We look forward to hearing from you!
