Chesterfield Landscape and Design, Inc. seeks to employ twenty (20) temporary, full-time seasonal Landscape Laborers from 4/01/2025 to 12/15/2025, generally, 8-hour workdays, 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday (40 hours a week). Hourly pay range of $19.30 to $22.30. Limited amount of overtime work may be available and if worked will be paid at an overtime hourly wage of at least $28.95 to $33.45.Job Duties: To mow, cut, water, and edge lawns; rake and blow leaves; dig holes for bushes; pull and chop weeds; prune; haul topsoil and mulch. Must be able to lift weight as required to carry and use landscaping equipment and material needed for assigned tasks, with or without reasonable accommodations, and must be able to tolerate outdoor work in temperature reasonably anticipated in St. Louis, MO-IL MSA (0ver 90 degrees and under 32 degrees Fahrenheit possible). Employer will rely on worker assurances at the time of hire that they meet these requirements.No education or prior work experience required. No on the job training. Workers will be supervised by crew leader. Areas of Temporary Employment: St. Louis County, St. Charles County, and St. Louis City, MO. All workers to gather each day at 727 Spirit of St. Louis Boulevard, Chesterfield, MO 63005 and Employer will provide transportation to customer worksites and back to gathering point at end of shift. Employer may provide assistance to workers to obtain group home rental housing to be rented from entities other than the Employer at a market value rent to be paid by the worker separately from paycheck. Workers may obtain any housing of their choice and at their own cost. Employer will provide all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job without charge or deposit.Employer will use a single workweek as standard to compute wages, wages to be paid, paid no less frequently than every two weeks, all deductions required by law to be made from gross wages by employer. Workers guaranteed pay for minimum work of three-fourths of all workdays contained in each 12-week period of employment contemplated in this work order. Employer will make reimbursement to workers who complete at least 50 percent of work term certificated as indicated below for subsistence and travel from home to place of employment if relocating from outside St. Louis, MO-IL MSA and will pay for return home transportation and subsistence costs if the worker completes work for the entire term of certified employment or is dismissed from employment early. Travel reimbursement to be the lowest cost bus fare (and overnight lodging if required) between the Employer's place of business in Chesterfield, Missouri and workers' home. Subsistence reimbursement to be by cash stipend limited to a minimum of $15.46 per day and a maximum amount verified by receipts of $59.00 per day of travel.
