Assistant Vice President (Transversal & IT Risk Analysis) for BNP Paribas RCC Inc. in Chesterbrook, PA, to act as a point of contact for IT application releases, including change prioritization, vendor coordination, UAT management, change management, and stakeholder reporting. Will create and maintain project management governance materials (charters, committees, and roadmaps). For project scope, will ensure individual deliverables are met. Will identify product and process gaps or weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement. Will seek automation and innovation opportunities in Ops, Business, and IT and work with teams to implement. Will identify issues, inefficiencies, and risks surrounding the project and continuously develop and propose strategies for improvement. Will develop and maintain key performance indicator (KPIs) to monitor progress of areas of support, including invoices, production support, incident tickets, and project management. Will create, maintain, and present budgets for the IT Business lines. Will work with organizing the scope of work, documentation, and organization for internal and external IT audits. Requires: Master's degree in in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or other field of study (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years' experience as an Assistant Vice President (Transversal & IT Risk Analysis) or related occupation in IT software development, IT change management, and application maintenance within the financial industry in a securities services domain. or, alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or other field of study (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years' experience as an Assistant Vice President (Transversal & IT Risk Analysis) or related occupation in IT software development, IT change management, and application maintenance within the financial industry in a securities services domain. OR, alternatively, No degree and seven (7) years' experience as an Assistant Vice President (Transversal & IT Risk Analysis) or related occupation in IT software development, IT change management, and application maintenance within the financial industry in a securities services domain. Specific skills/other requirements - Demonstrated Expertise (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Demonstrated expertise (DE) with project and portfolio management including collecting, analyzing, modifying, and organizing project and portfolio data, and tracking the progress of projects and initiatives; (DE) leveraging Service Now and Quality Center, tools to track incidents, problems and application defects that can critically impact the production and/or ongoing application releases; (DE) leveraging Power BI, Jira, and Confluence (Wiki) to extract KPIs in presentable format; (DE) with Database Query building and maintenance using MSSQL or Oracle; and (DE) writing use cases and functional specifications to be used for technical developments.
