Job Title: Field Supervisor

Job Description

Our client is seeking Field Supervisors to oversee projects within Richmond, Hopewell, Chesterfield, and surrounding areas. The candidate will prioritize Safety in all work performed. The role involves supervising, leading, and directing Field Service Technicians and Driver/Operators to assist in the completion of assigned tasks or duties. The services include water blasting, tank cleaning, emergency response, vacuum truck services, waste management, transportation, and hazardous waste disposal.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and maintain safety in all tasks.

  • Supervise, lead, and direct Field Service Technicians and Driver/Operators.

  • Assist in the completion of assigned tasks or duties.

  • Oversee projects within Richmond, Hopewell, Chesterfield, and surrounding areas.

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company-specific operational policies.

Essential Skills

  • 4+ years of lead experience overseeing crews in the industrial & environmental services sector.

  • Experience with vacuum trucks, tank cleaning, air remover, and tanker operations.

  • Valid CDL Class A (Tanker Endorsement is a plus).

  • Strong environmental management and construction management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in water blasting, emergency response, and hazardous waste disposal.

  • In-depth knowledge of remediation and waste management.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chester, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
