Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment including centrifugal pumps, gearboxes, fans, and agitators. The successful candidate will inspect and examine machinery to detect malfunctions and perform shift rounds on all equipment in the facility. As part of the maintenance team, you will help resolve issues, install and replace various parts, and complete pump repair and rebuilds with precision alignments. You will also align machines and equipment using optical and laser alignment equipment, operate cranes, man-lifts, hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, and micrometers, read equipment instruction manuals, and align equipment to specified tolerances. Your role will also involve having good knowledge of metallurgy and other materials for fabrication processes, performing lubricating maintenance, cleaning activities, or repair of tools, machines, and equipment, working with the Team Leader on developing training for operators to develop basic skillset in machinery operations, and supporting the safe working environment by maintaining strict adherence to safety rules and regulations and wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Work Environment
Our work environment is a combination of indoor and outdoor settings, in a non-climate controlled environment. The position involves working 12 hour shifts from 7:45 to 7:45. Please indicate if you are open to working day shifts, night shifts, or both.
