Description

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Chesapeake, Virginia to join our team. The role entails managing logistics operations for our team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining meticulous records using tools such as Excel and CRM.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage logistics operations efficiently

• Utilize business systems and CRM for managing logistics processes

• Communicate effectively with customers and resolve inquiries promptly

• Use Microsoft Excel to maintain and work with multiple spreadsheets simultaneously

• Ensure all customer service interactions are handled with a high level of attention to detail

• Adapt to flexible work schedules when necessary

• Prioritize tasks effectively and maintain strong attention to detail

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in business systems

• Experience with CRM platforms

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Prior customer service experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to coordinate and manage logistics effectively

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

• Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a timely manner

• Proactive approach to work, with a can-do attitude
