Electrical Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead a commercial electrician crew. This hands-on role involves both performing typical commercial electrician duties and overseeing a team of up to 10 people. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage day-to-day tasks and ensure all safety and performance standards are met.

Hard Skills

• Ability to bend and run conduit up to 4 inches

• Ability to read blueprints

• Journeyman or Master's license (preferred)

Soft Skills

• Leadership

• Team management

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position. Must be willing to join the Union.

Work Environment

-This position requires working outdoors

-PPE is mandatory, including: a hard hat, steel-toed boots, safety vest, safety glasses, and gloves

-Must provide own tools

Benefits & Perks

-Pay: $27.00 - $62.90
