Description

We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Customer Success Specialist in Chesapeake, Virginia. This role is pivotal in our team, with responsibilities that include managing customer inquiries, maintaining precise customer records, and processing customer applications. Your role will involve working in a dynamic environment, utilizing your excellent communication skills to enhance customer satisfaction. This position is an evening shift from 2PM-10PM! Mon-Friday!

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle high volumes of inbound calls, ensuring high-quality standards are met

• Utilize CRM and other computer programs to accurately record customer interaction details

• Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments to deliver seamless service to customers

• Adapt quickly to new technologies that may be implemented, enhancing the customer experience

• Provide feedback on customer reactions and concerns to the management, aiding in improving our services

• Ensure privacy and confidentiality of customer information in accordance with company and regulatory standards

• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to continuously improve job skills and performance

• Display resilience and stress management skills in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Use excellent phone presence and etiquette to adapt to different customer personalities and situations

• Assist customers with billing functions, providing accurate and efficient service.

Requirements • The candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer success or related role.

• Proficiency in using computer programs is mandatory.

• Experience in using CRM software is required.

• The candidate must have experience in answering inbound calls.

• The ability to assist customers effectively is necessary.
