Tidewater interior wall & ceiling CONSTRUCTION INVENTORY AND STOCKINGS in Chesapeake, Virginia

::: section TIW Group - One of the largest Residential Drywall and Paint companies in the Hampton Roads Area is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and enthusiastic individual to serve as a full-time stocking and Inventory Administrator for our fast-paced and growing construction company.

This selected candidate will be responsible for the daily scheduling, delivery, and stocking of interior building materials according to a predetermined new construction project schedule. This position requires excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.

The responsibilities include: initiating and completing all material stockings that are phoned in, texted in, or emailed into the company, and ensuring those material requirements are relayed to our vendors at least three days prior to the stock date deadline; Creating purchase orders, verify invoices and update tracking and reports as necessary; Tracking work order changes and updating various reports; Tracking warehouse inventory, including receipt, issuance and transfer of materials;

The successful candidate will be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS-Office and Excel. Knowledge of Timberline-Sage is a big plus, as is two years of administrative experience in construction.

Applicants with the ability to multi-task and work independently under pressure will be successful in this position.

Reliable transportation to our location in Chesapeake is required.

This is an in-house, on-site hourly position - five days a week, eight hours a day. Occasional overtime may be required.
