Position Description :
The Department of Hematology/Oncology is looking to add an Acute Care Advance Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant to their team to see patients in the Camden, Voorhees, Mount Holy & Washington Twp. locations.
Incumbent is responsible to promote organizational values of patient and visitor satisfaction by demonstrating courtesy and respect for families, visitors and other employees.
Cares for patients in all age groups from young adult through geriatrics. Demonstrates competence in the assessment, treatment and care of patients serviced.
Works in collaborative practice setting with supervising/collaborating physician to care for patients
This role will have an inpatient consult and rounding responsibility
Minimum Requirements :
Licensed to practice as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in the New Jersey State Board of Nursing Regulations
Acute Care Board Certification Required
Licensed to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Pennsylvania through the State Board of Medicine.
Prior to employment, the CRNP/PA must be reviewed by the Credentials Committee and approved by the Medical Board.
Certification as a CRNP or PA-C required at time of employment.
Masters Degree Required
New to practice or < 2.5 years Exp
