General Summary

Describe the job’s primary purpose, contribution to the department or how the role supports the achievement of Company objectives.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive initiatives in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements together with stakeholders cross the division

• Information responsibility – Ensure that we follow the framework (models, standards) we have developed and that it is adhered to including giving support, guidance, and best practices.

• Information process responsibility – work for a logical and common flow of data in the identified systems supporting the common divisional business processes in an optimal way.

• Responsible for driving the requirements, development, and improvements of the MDM solution Tibco EBX for implementation, rollouts, and further improvements. This is done thru sprint planning, and we use Jira (software tool) for structuring and tracking this.

• Be part of developing a center of excellence around information governance using industry best practice, deliver training and secure knowledge exchange to data stewards, Information managers and other stakeholders as required.

• Responsible to coordinate business cross divisional/business unit demands, including attending and owning cross divisional forums and network.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in IT/Business management or related field. More than 10+ years of experience working in a similar Master Data Management & Business Process/Process Improvement role.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and division-wide programs including communication and manage deadlines. And working with operating and influencing effectively across global organizations, within complex contexts and ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Experience as business analyst working between IT and business and can be a driver for the functional and technical solution/requirements .

• Proven record of accomplishment of leading and delivering successful process improvement projects with measurable results as well as ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• IT System experience including understanding of capabilities and main integration/flows. IT systems such as ERP and/or Data management system (i.e., SAP, AX, Salesforce)

• Required to have e xperience and understanding of Analytics/AI basics and the requirement this set on data

• A detailed understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) and/or other process improvement/optimization methodology (e.g. - Six Sigma/Lean).

• You are a team player, result-oriented and structured that proactively and independently delivers according to strategy and goals. You have attention to detail, a drive for accuracy and a strong work ethic.

Special Competencies required:

E.g. computer skills, foreign languages, licenses, certificates, or designations, etc. Include required and preferred and note accordingly.

• Required: Occasional travel required

• Required: Structured and good at documenting

• Preferred: Experience in working in any MDM solution and preferably TIBCO EBX

• Preferred: Experience in working with information models and information governance
