Roles and Responsibilities:
To supervise Physical access control, resolve user day to day user queries, monitor CCTV, Monitor FAS, and Operate Access control application.
To supervise and execute operational services of Physical security & logistical support.
Support activities of ID badge/ access card issuance, activation & deactivation.
Attending Fire alarm calls, as & when needed.
To supervise security agency team, daily briefing & deployment of agency guarding team.
To check Guard attendance & fulfill requirement of daily duty deployment.
Supervision of site fire safety controls viz. Fire Detection & Suppression systems.
Preparation of security incident reports, patrolling reports.
Attending user complaints, ensuring quick action, supporting incident investigations.
Attend to employee issues and queries and assist the employees in all safety and security related aspects.
The executives shall be working in shifts round the clock
