We are looking for: Lead Engineer- Electrical,

· Creating basic designs and supervising detailed designs in the field of low and medium voltage distributors, E-houses and busduct systems;

· Understanding technical requirements from specifications and converting them into appropriate basic designs;

· Reviewing technical basic and detail designs;

· Ensuring that installations are designed and delivered in accordance with the specified requirements;

· Planning project work and preparing progress reports;

· Managing and supervising fellow engineers for detail engineering;

· Proactively liaising with the client and the sales and quotation team;

· Maintaining financial status and preparing additional work quotations;

· Organising and attending factory tests (FAT) with the customer;

· Managing any sub-suppliers and Siemens factories;

· Initiating and developing improvement proposals;

· Completed degree in electrical engineering (Bachelor or Master level) with at least 8 years' work experience as a (lead) engineer;

· Knowledge of low-voltage electrical distribution boards, distribution boards, transformers and electrical protective devices;

· You are creative and able to communicate ideas and inspire/motivate people;

· Accurate, critical and have a broad technical knowledge and interest;

· Flexible working attitude, practical and result-oriented;

· Stress-resistant and able to act within a pressured environment;

· Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken;

· Living in the Chennai region.

· Working week of 40 hours.
