The Role:

We are looking for a Kinaxis Solution architect with 12+ years’ experience in delivering Supply Chain planning projects along with 5+ years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response Implementation. This role must have strong analytical and RR configuration experience in the following modules Supply Planning, Capacity Planning (Constraints), Distribution requirement planning , Master production schedule, Demand Planning and Order fulfillment

• Design and implement supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis Rapid Response.

• Providing expertise in supply chain management and Kinaxis RR configuration

• Developing and implementing supply chain planning solutions

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery

• Providing guidance and support to the project teams

• Conducting training and knowledge transfer sessions

• Managing day-to-day support and enhancement s

• Driving continuous improvement and optimization of Kinaxis Rapid Response capabilities

• Evaluating and recommending new features and functionality to enhance supply chain planning processes

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

• Experience as a Kinaxis Solution Architect in Supply planning and Demand planning implementation

• Strong project management and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Should have experience in Author workbooks, create automation schedule tasks, develop reports, dashboards, and scorecards

• Hold Level 2 Author and Contributor Certification in Kinaxis Rapid Respons e

• Experience in Oracle manufacturing and Order Management modules will be a plus

• Any relevant supply chain specific certifications like APICS will be a plus

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

• Working knowledge of relational database and query writing considered an asset

• Proactive and results oriented, process oriented.

• Able to set priorities on a continuous basis

• Ability to develop strong working relationships with all relevant parties

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)

• Deep understanding of supply chain management processes and best practices.

• Fluent English
