This position requires to work in North America Time Zone and functionally reporting to stakeholders in US. Responsible for managing CPR reduction and Warranty Supplier Recovery Project Management.

• Drive and manage the Cost Per Repair (CPR) reduction and Global Warranty Chargeback (GWC) Recovery Projects for Underbody function

• Determine the liability for warranty claims and costs for externally supplied parts/components/systems.

• Lead the chargeback variables negotiations with suppliers in regards to participation and subsequent execution of warranty chargeback processes. Calculate and get agreement to Acceptance Factors (liability)

• Ensure communication and delivery of Debit Packages to the affected suppliers and Receivables Team.

• Track/investigate status and through project management tools

• Drive the resolution of technical field concerns, related to supplier recovery, using appropriate problem solving tool and drive the escalation process between Product Development and Supply Chain.

• Review and approve functional Warranty Part Requests

Initiate greenbelt /blackbelt projects out of the WCE review findings

Bachelor of Engineering / Technology or Diploma in Engineering with min. 5 years' experience preferably with Automotive Product Development, Supplier Technical Assistance experience. Having hands on experience in Project Management with multiple stakeholders. Design & Release (D&R) experience will be an added advantage. Strong inter personal skills with fluent communication in English.
