Title:

EMEC10 -Associate Technical Professional - Mechanical

Under direct supervision, independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures, relating to mechanical equipment such as S&T heat exchangers, plate and frame exchangers, double pipe, hair pin type heat exchangers, air cooled exchangers, heating coils, pressure vessels, boilers and other static packaged units. Duties include sizing of exchangers, preparation of datasheets, Specifications, Material Requisition, Evaluation of Technical Bid, Vendor document review and engineering coordination with vendors and inter discipline.

4 years of experience including training from a reputed organization, specifically in Heat Exchanger division. Shall have working knowledge of current ASME, TEMA, API, HEI standards for static equipment. Shall have familiarity with Wind and Seismic design per international codes. Basic understanding of PFDs & PIDs is a must. Knowledge of Sizing and rating of exchanger using HTRI or HTFS and detailing of heat exchangers is a must. FPSO, Off Shore and Brown field Experience is a plus. Qualification:- Degree in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering, Masters in Thermal Engineering is a Plus. Shall be a specialist in Oil & Gas industry / equipment / application
