Promptly attend site problems arriving at customer premises in low voltage and gear motors.
Carry out overhauling of motors at customer premises.
Maintain excellent relationship with the customers & Authorized Repair Center.
Help in generating service business e.g. motor overhauling, AMC, spare parts, complete motor retrofitting, Motor rewinding etc.
Analyze site problems & give suitable solutions to customer. In some cases, co-ordinate with HO for offering solution.
Communication with HQ for gear motor service business development.
