Candidate will be responsible for channel partner and Distribution business in Chennai for LV Switchgear products .Should have 10 -14 years of experience in similar industry / channel management and posses the below qualities

1.Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in channel partner.

2. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates channel partner needs on continuous basis.

3.Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements as per company policy.

4. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.

5.Need to Develop and nurture the new channel partner / distributor to meet the business requirements / organizational objectives.
