岗位职责： 1、独立负责字节职场内机电水暖类改造项目全流程及精装修项目的MEP专业支持工作 （5000㎡以下办公场地）。 2、对接改造需求，组织现场踏勘，核定施工内容，推进项目立项及审批、采购及进场流程提报， 审核设计方案、施工图纸、施工组织设计。协调设计顾问、QS、总包、专业分包等相关单位。 3、根据公司批准的施工总进度计划, 管理项目工期进度，对里程碑及关键节点进行把控, 确保项目进度计划的完成； 4、根据合同的约定、规程规范和设计图纸的要求, 严格监督装饰工程项目施工质量, 参与项目检查验收, 参加工程材料设备选型、封样及进场检查验收； 5、严格监督控制项目施工成本，对隐蔽工程和其他形式的现场签证严格监督， 确保装饰工程项目成本控制目标的实现；

6、对项目现场安全文明施工负责，监督落实EHS各项管理规定；负责竣工验收， 做好各项整改及交付工作。做好结算及竣工资料的归档和移交。

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Female Technical knowledge: Basic computer and software knowledge such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. And helpdesk knowledge is desirable Communication: Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities Problem solving: has the ability to confidently work through problems and find solutions English: basic communication skills in written and verbal English （可参考）

Qualifications and Education:

1、教育背景：大专及以上学历，机电水暖、建筑工程相关专业优先； 2、40周岁以下；机电水暖改造项目管理工作经历5年以上，熟悉精装修项目全流程。 大型互联网、IT类企业工作经验优先考虑。 3、具有一定的规划设计能力；良好的沟通协调能力。 4、具备相关专业能力的资质证书；熟练掌握CAD，Project等办公软件； 5、对节能减排有管理经验，对相关技术改造及行业新技术、新材料等有了解。 为人正直、务实、抗压能力强
