Bausch + Lomb Assistant Ecommerce Marketing Manager in Chengdu 1, China

Key responsibilities:

  • Support to expand B&L consumer business in Cross-border Ecommerce. (Tmall, JD, PDD and so on)

  • Support and leverage the resource of distributors to deliver sales target.

  • Collaborate with distributors/agencies and ECs to drive digital marketing campaigns. Understanding/Knowledge of Tiktok (Douyin) is a must.

  • Accountable for the relationship management with external partners, distributors/ECs and agencies.

  • Collect/Track and Analyze the market information to contribute to the sales/marketing strategy.

  • Assist to communicate with internal teams to promote the business. (MA/RA/Legal team and so on).

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ work experience in Ecommerce.

  • Tiktok experience (responsible or support to do) is a must.

  • Experience of Cross-border Ecommerce business is a must.

  • English is a must. (Reading and writing in work)
