Job Summary:

 

We are currently seeking skilled and team-oriented applicants for the following position: Program Specialist 2 - SRR

 

This position is 10-month and 30 hours/week

 

The Program Specialist 2 for Student Rights and Responsibilities (SRR) maintains a highly visible service presence in the Student Rights and Responsibilities Office and acts as the office lead related to the support of the Student Conduct program. The Program Specialist 2 manages the student conduct management system (Maxient) and monitors the system for reports, prioritizes, and triages responses to incident reports, and supports all student conduct personnel including professional staff, case officers, conduct boards, and appeals officers in fulfillment of mission and core functions of Student Conduct.

 

Under general supervision, manage the day-to-day activities of the office using a considerable degree of independence and discretion, and exercising sound judgment in the performance of the assigned duties. Perform assigned responsibilities, duties, and tasks according to established practices, procedures, techniques, and standards in a safe and efficient manner and with minimal supervision.

 

Position serves as the primary point of contact for university stakeholders and provides service, referrals, support, and information to all constituencies in student conduct-related matters, and has extensive involvement with the public, students, faculty, and staff.
