Journeyman Electrician

Job Description

Journeyman electricians needed to install all components of the electrical systems on a solar plant (high, medium, and low voltage). Work with apprentices on the installation of solar panels. Handle all wiring tasks, lay the wire into the ground, and install all of the high voltage access points. Direct hire with benefits, 401k, etc.

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 10 Week(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Chelsea, Maine.

Work Environment

50-hour work week (Monday through Friday). Multiple sites in northern and southern Maine (Presque Isle and Portland). Working in all elements with PPE and work clothing worn on site. $160 per diem for 7 days a week for those out of state and $150 per diem per day worked for those in state. Eligible for rotational schedules depending on construction needs. Airfare not reimbursable.
