Pinnacle Rehab Staffing Home Health Clinical Supervisor - Registered Nurse - High Paying in Chelsea, Massachusetts
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Supervisor of Clinical Services position in Home Health Care. The pay and benefits for this Home Health Clinical Manager position are generous. This position is also referred to as a clinical manager in some home health agencies. The Clinical Supervisor does NOT need supervisor experience in home health but must have at least 2 years of current or very recent experience in home health with Medicare patients including proficiency with the OASIS documentation to qualify for this position. The company has been in business several years, has a solid referral base, and a good reputation in the area. The company offers skilled nursing services as well as a full range nursing and rehabilitation therapies for adult and geriatric clients. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE HOME HEALTH CLINICAL SUPERVISOR POSITION: The Clinical Supervisor does NOT need supervisor experience in home health but must have at least 2 years of CURRENT experience in home health with Medicare patients including proficiency with the OASIS documentation to qualify for this position. The Clinical Supervisor must be a registered nurse (RN). The Clinical Supervisor must be licensed in the state as an RN. The RN must either be a US Citizen or have your green card-- no exceptions.
