Job Description

To ensure that the Pharmacy services, including infusion therapy, are provided by a Registered Pharmacist. Expected to maintain compliance with existing State and Federal laws and in accordance to the operational policies and procedures of VNA Home Care Services. Assist in monitoring regulatory performance and compliance to federal, state and pharmacy industry standards and regulations.

Education And Credentials

BS - Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required. PHARMD - Doctor of Pharmacy preferred. Pharmacist required upon hire. Pharmacist Immunization required upon hire.

Experience

1 year of experience in the field of pharmacy preparation for large volume parenterals/enterals and I.V. products preferred. Home parenteral/enteral pharmacy experience also preferred.

Scheduled Work Hours: 8a-4:30p; 9a-5:30p; 9:30a-6p; 10a-6:30p rotation
