Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a Geriatrician Outpatient physician to join our team at CHI Memorial Medical Group in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Education, Training, and Experience
MD or DO degree
Board certified/board eligible
Ability to obtain an active medical license in state of Tennessee
Pay Range
$101.37 - $125.76 /hour
