Description We are looking for a meticulous Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in the construction industry based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In this role, you will contribute to our operations by creating reports from our Data Warehouse, facilitating systems migration, and liaising with multiple stakeholders. This role presents an opportunity to work on a contract basis, with a focus on long-term growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain new reports from Data Warehouse to support business operations.

• Handle migration of over 100 reports designed at varying levels, including billing, collection, and response reports.

• Work on data mapping tasks, ensuring data elements are logically arranged and easily decipherable.

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their vision for reports and business intelligence requirements.

• Utilize Tableau and Power BI for visual reporting, with a primary focus on SQL development.

• Extract data from various production systems to Oracle Database, using complex SQL queries.

• Show analytical thinking and suggest new ways of problem-solving and process improvement.

• Use Excel extensively, especially for handling Pivot tables and other complex functions.

• Maintain open and clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

• Work on billing reports under the guidance of team leaders, gradually taking on more complex tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Database and Database Object management is essential.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is required.

• Proficient in Erwin Data and Microsoft SQL Server.

• Experience with AB Testing is required.

• Knowledge of Data Warehousing and Design principles is essential.

• Familiarity with ETL - Extract Transform Load processes.

• Proficiency in handling Flat File data.

• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL is required.

• Proficient in SQL - Structured Query Language.

• Demonstrated experience with SQL Server.

• Ability to write and execute SQL Queries.

• Experience with SQL Reporting.
