Our client, Electro-Mechanical Assembly company is seeking an Assembler/Wire bonder to join their team. As an Assembler/Wire bonder, you will be part of the Electro-Assembly Team supporting Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working assembly, microscopes and hand tools which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler / Wire Bonder

Location: Chatsworth, California

Pay Rate (or Pay Range, if required): $18.00

What’s the Job?

Use tools such as fine tipped tweezers, x-acto knives, vacuum pencils, dental probes, calipers, scales.

Handle fine pitched microelectronics components such as dies, air-bridge dies, capacitors, resistors, substrates, hybrids.

Hand applies epoxy and solder on densely populated substrate pads without disturbing epoxy on neighboring pads.

Manually place above mentioned components on substrates without disturbing neighboring wet assemblies.

Attach loaded /unloaded substrates into case using performs and hot plate.

What’s Needed?

Previous experience as an electronic assembler OR manual die/sub-attach operator in a microelectronic assembly environment with a minimum of 2 year

Must be a US Citizen

Great attitude and ability to work in a team.

Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen

What’s in it for me?

Full time hours

Work Schedule: 3:00pm-11:00pm

Temporary to hire, based on performance.
