Ball-Chatham is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our Titan Team as a Finance Secretary at Glenwood Intermediate School!
Starting Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
WHAT DO FINANCE SECRETARIES DO?
Greets and assists office visitors, staff, and students in a warm, cordial manner.
Provides account support for accounting related functions.
Receives incoming calls and transfers to the appropriate place.
Receives, sorts, and distributes mail.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to pass a fingerprint criminal background check
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in bookkeeping required
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise tact and diplomacy
