    Ball-Chatham is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our Titan Team as a Finance Secretary at Glenwood Intermediate School!

    Starting Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

    WHAT DO FINANCE SECRETARIES DO?

  • Greets and assists office visitors, staff, and students in a warm, cordial manner.

  • Provides account support for accounting related functions.

  • Receives incoming calls and transfers to the appropriate place.

  • Receives, sorts, and distributes mail.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to pass a fingerprint criminal background check

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in bookkeeping required

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise tact and diplomacy
