Chaska, MN Full time REQ-7137 Job Title: Materials Quality Engineering Co-Op - Spring 2025 Job Description: Here at Entegris, we use advanced science to enable technologies that transform the world, and we are seeking employees who have the drive to continue the mission. Our site in Chaska is seeking a Materials Quality Engineering Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. This role will be required to be onsite 40 hours per week from January - June 2025. In This Role You Will: Collect data on all current resins SCS and CoAs in SAP, review each spec with engineering partners to ensure the appropriate limits are set. Use statical analysis to determine new limits if necessary. Will download data from Camline and report process capability data, conduct bias study(s) between the supplier and Entegris measurements. Review gag R&R analysis from the suppliers and FAIR analysis from supplier. MSA analysis will be trained as required. Reports and charts will be generated from Camline, Minitab, and Excel. Will evaluate current suppliers and there historical performance and provide feedback on potential risk and mitigation plan Resin qualification duties may also be required. This could include downloading data from Camline. You're A Good Fit If You Have: * Attention to Detail * Math Skills - Ability to conduct base statics or be trained to use statical software. Computer skill should include Word, Excel, and ability to learn Camline data collection software for data analysis and charting. * Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year: Bachelor's or Master's level candidates in Mechanical, Materials, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or Math Major, graduating in 2025 or 2026 is preferred.
