Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in the non-profit industry located in Charlottesville, Virginia, United States. This role is a key part of our team that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. You will be responsible for administrative tasks related to the management and maintenance of properties, as well as providing support to the property manager and handling inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of property-related projects and proceedings

• Handle the processing and organization of invoices and residential files

• Assist with the collection of rent and monitoring of customer accounts

• Support the property manager in budget planning and implementation

• Respond to and manage inquiries, including those related to property tours and new development planning

• Utilize various software systems, including CRM and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, for day-to-day operations

• Perform accounting functions, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Stay updated with changes to billing functions and budget processes

• Utilize Yardi Property Management system for efficient property administration

• Handle customer inquiries and provide high-quality customer service.

Please note that the ability to use software such as ADP - Financial Services, Kardin, and Accounting Software Systems would be beneficial in this role. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Knowledge and experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software

• Proficient in using Kardin software

• Understanding and ability to carry out Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledge of Billing Functions

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Proficiency in Yardi software

• Experience with Yardi Property Management software
