TEKsystems Workday Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina

Workday Analyst

HR Line of Business- working for Product Management Leader, HR Product & Portfolio Management

Duration- 1 year+ potential contract to perm conversion

Location- Charlotte, Dallas, NYC

Scope of job:

• Looking to rollout the new recruiting module for Workday. They need potentially 2 Products Analysts/developers with Workday recruiting module experience.

• Business problem: Wells moved over to Workday 2 years ago and they are using the most basic version of the recruiting module. Wells wants to upgrade to the better version of the recruiting module. They are restructuring processes and need to have better controls. They have a lot of work lined up. The LOB contact owns that process and Workday is the technology leveraged for that process.

• Role is kind of 3 roles rolled into one person (Analyst, Developer, Architect).

• May be working on systems outside of Workday, like hacker rank and higher view. These systems have inputs into workday. Need someone OK working outside of workday.

• Agile mindset, need to be flexible. Need on the dev side.

• They need a strong analyst that is comfortable doing a lot of the standard configuration for the implementation

• This person will be able to leverage one of the developers with more complex calculated rules, etc.
