Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our fraud risk strategies team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in testing and validating the performance, accuracy, and functionality of our automated risk business decision rules and controls. The successful candidate will work closely with the fraud risk strategies team, product managers, and engineers to ensure that the deployment of rules functions as intended and aligns with business requirements and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate the functionality of automated risk decision rules and controls.

• Document test cases, procedures, and methodologies for future reference and to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure decision rules work correctly under various scenarios, including edge cases.

• Validate that business rules meet all business requirements and comply with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Set up and maintain monitoring controls to ensure the ongoing performance and functionality of business rules.

  Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in business systems analysis, testing, or a related field, preferably within fraud risk management or financial services.

• Strong understanding of automated risk decision rules and controls.

• Proven experience in developing and executing test plans, cases, and scripts.

• Familiarity with functional, regression, and performance testing methodologies.

• Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create clear and detailed test cases and procedures.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

• Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fraud risk strategies, product management, or engineering within a similar environment.

• Understanding of monitoring controls and performance management tools.

• Experience with automated testing tools and software.
