The Technical Project Manager will creates product documentation including user stories, release notes, and sprint plans; manages resources and internal communications; and ensures that projects are completed on time. Project Managers set milestones and expectations by collaborating with Engineering, QA, Product Development, Implementation, Marketing, Support, and others.

AS A TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER YOU WILL:
Translate roadmap features into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria
Create and own sprint plans
Assign deadlines to resources and ensure deadlines are met
Ensure all stakeholders are aware of project status and communicate clearly and with transparency when milestones change
Determine deliverables from engineering resources, track stretch goals, and work with the Product Manager when a release requires reprioritizing
Ensure that Jira tickets slated for release get Product feedback in a timely manner
Ensure that Jira tickets with high priority get attention quickly
Identify/develop processes, procedures, and/or solutions to improve the release process
Schedule and lead release retrospectives to get feedback from other stakeholders, improve processes, and report back on prior suggested improvements
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
2 - 5 years experience managing technical projects
2 - 5 years experience using Project Management tool
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Adaptability and strong problem solving skills
Excellent active listening skills
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
Skill in communicating in our team style & tone
Experience with Atlassian suite of project management tools.
