Description:

Our client, a leading fintech company in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team by ensuring a seamless recruitment process and exceptional candidate experience. Must be willing to work in the office four days a week in Charlotte, NC.



Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $20 - $29 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to schedule and coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, and onsite).

  • Manage onsite interview days, including greeting candidates, providing office tours, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

  • Ensure the accuracy of all scheduling details, such as rooms, video links, phone numbers, and Zoom meeting details.

  • Serve as a communication bridge, maintaining prompt and professional updates with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

  • Assist with rescheduling interviews and prioritizing incoming requests against workload demands.

  • Support the team with administrative duties and maintain a problem-solving mindset.

Experience Requirements:

  • Previous experience in roles that require attention to detail, timeliness, and strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities as needed.

  • Autonomous and resourceful problem-solver who takes initiative.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite; familiarity with Asana or other applicant tracking systems is a plus.

  • Driven, enthusiastic, and eager to make an impact.

  • Experience in navigating applicant tracking systems.

  • Ability to maintain professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
