Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Systems Support Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the unit’s primary systems, including the 25Live scheduling and event management system and IRIS contracting software. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure efficient use of the systems, providing user support, and maintaining data integrity. The administrator will act as a key liaison between end-users and technical support teams, ensuring that the system meets the organization’s business needs.
Essential duties include:
Manage the configuration and daily operations of key systems.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to system processes and workflows.
Act as a liaison between end-users and the software vendor for escalated support.
Provide technical support to users, addressing issues and troubleshooting problems.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data entered into the system.
Monitor and generate reports on system usage, scheduling efficiency, and other key metrics.
Minimum Experience / Education:
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
University Preferred Qualifications:
Graduation from a four-year college or university and two years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Preferred Education Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and
1-3 years experience in Business, IT, or related field.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience with providing functional technology support.
Experience in providing technical support to end users.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to train other professional staff members.
Attention to detail at all times.
