Job Summary

Summary: The key responsibilities of the Suite Attendant are guest care, proper Alcohol Visits, checking the quality and maintaining the appearance of food and beverage, general cleaning of seating areas, tabletops, and food service areas, as well as maintaining proper beverage and supply inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Checking accuracy of the suite beverage inventory and reporting discrepancies.

• Reviewing the menu and setting up the Chef’s Table and Bar areas.

• Greeting guests as they arrive in a kind and welcoming manner.

• Serving guests alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, replenishing food, and placing orders for more food or beverage if requested by suite host.

• Recording post-game beverage inventory and turning inventory sheets in to the Pantry Coordinator as soon as possible.

• Unplugging, emptying, and wiping down equipment.

• Restocking suite supplies to par.

• Returning all unopened snacks and bread to the pantry.

• Signing out with Area Supervisor before leaving.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service skills

• A friendly, welcoming demeanor

• Previous food and beverage experience

• Basic bartending skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
