As a Sr Product Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive the success of our Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) Scan and/or Print portfolios. In this role you will be part of a dynamic and exciting regional team and will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Offering Management and Sales to understand customer needs, conduct market research, and develop compelling messaging and positioning for our products. Your strategic thinking and creativity will be essential in creating and implementing marketing campaigns that effectively promote our PSS solutions and drive customer engagement and adoption. Reporting directly to our Marketing Director, you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.

You will have a significant impact on the success of our US&C PSS business. Your ability to understand customer needs and market trends will help shape our product roadmap and drive revenue growth. Your expertise in marketing strategy and campaign execution will contribute to the overall success of our PSS portfolio. PSS is a global business that delivers digitally connected solutions for workers that help customers shorten fulfillment times, improve operational efficiency and accuracy, increase worker productivity, lower cost-per-package-shipped, and alleviate bottlenecks in the supply chain operations. PSS mobility devices, printers, scanners, voice technology, and vision solutions supported by software and services enhance worker productivity and allow organizations to collect and leverage critical data about their operations. The main verticals for PSS include transportation, logistics, and warehousing, and retail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive successful New Product Introductions (NPIs) in the US&C region – including developing regional launch plan and launch materials; training and communication plan for both internal and external stakeholders; assisting with pipeline build; promotions; managing End of Life (EOL) action

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and market trends, and be an advocate for the US&C region, by proposing what new products and technologies are needed to support our customers now and in the future

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities to drive new pipeline revenue, organic growth and pricing actions

  • Develop compelling messaging and positioning for our PSS solutions (new and sustaining)

  • Create and implement marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and adoption

  • Provide customer marketing with appropriate information on offering, target segments and value propositions for effective sales collateral and campaigns

  • Responsible for managing the regional demo unit process and budget

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or related role

  • Strong data, analytical, and strategic thinking skills

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Product marketing in an industrial computing or B2B environment

  • Tradeshow experience for product positioning
