Lowe's Sr Product Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Vision: Develop and implement strategic plans and long-term vision for the management and enhancement of credit card payment solutions. Align strategies with organizational goals, market trends, and customer preferences to drive business growth and competitive advantage.

  • Risk and Fraud Management: Support risk mitigation associated with credit card payments, including fraud prevention and detection.

  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and contractual obligations related to credit card processing. Stay updated on changes in regulations and standards, and implement necessary measures to maintain compliance across all operations.

  • Marketing Programs: Support marketing teams who are developing and executing marketing programs and promotions aimed at promoting the use of privately branded credit cards and driving customer engagement and loyalty.

  • Analytics and Performance Monitoring: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to monitor and analyze the performance of credit card payment solutions and promotional campaigns. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track metrics, and generate actionable insights to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and drive revenue growth.

  • Vendor Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Lowe's branded credit card provider, and other relevant vendors and stakeholders. Collaborate with vendors to ensure the successful implementation, operation, and optimization of credit card payment solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)

• 5 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management or product marketing

• 3 years of experience in product and/or experience management

• Strong writing ability

• Experience in an agile software environment

• Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization

• Experience working closely with senior leadership

• Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration or similar advanced degree

• CSPO Certification

• Experience collaborating closely with senior leadership

• Experience providing guidance and direction to cross-functional resources

Pay Range for CA, CO, HI, NJ, NY, WA: $92,300.00 - $175,400.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
